I hold harmless, release, defend, indemnify Trimble and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with Trimble's use of the Content or my participation in the Competition, including without limitation any claims arising from the depiction of identifiable individuals in submitted photographs, and will not make any claim against Trimble for its use of the Content.

Competition Details. This Competition is administered by Trimble Inc. ("Trimble"). The purpose of the Competition is to celebrate and showcase the creative use of Trimble technology in the field by Trimble customers and technology users, and to promote awareness of Trimble’s products and services. Awards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash or other consideration, except at Trimble’s sole discretion. Trimble Dimensions passes do not include travel, lodging, meals, or other expenses unless expressly stated by Trimble in writing. Attendance at Trimble Dimensions is subject to the terms and conditions of that event. Competition details, awards, and participation are subject to change, cancellation, and/or substitution at Trimble’s sole discretion.
Submission Period. The submission portal opens on March 24, 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on July 20, 2026 (the "Submission Period"). Entries submitted after the close of the Submission Period will not be considered.
Entry. Individuals who are age 18 or older and who submit a qualifying photo via the official submission form during the Submission Period will be considered for the Competition. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or to be selected as a winner. Submission of a photo does not constitute payment or the provision of consideration for purposes of entry. Entrants need not own Trimble technology to participate. Photos may be submitted by any individual with authorized access to Trimble technology, including employees, operators, and contractors who use Trimble equipment in the course of their work, regardless of whether they personally purchased the equipment. Entrants may submit up to five (5) photos. Where multiple photos are submitted, Trimble reserves the right to select which submitted photo or photos advance to the Competition. Submitted photos must feature Trimble technology in action and must comply with the submission guidelines on this page. Employees of Trimble Inc. and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. The Competition is void where prohibited by law.
Awards. One (1) grand prize winner will receive two (2) passes to Trimble Dimensions. Three (3) runners-up will each receive one (1) $100 gift card for the Trimble promo store. A total of four (4) awards are available. No substitution or cash equivalent will be offered, except at Trimble’s sole discretion.
Selection Process. All submitted photos will first be reviewed internally by Trimble for appropriateness and quality. Trimble reserves the right to disqualify any submission it determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive, technically ineligible, or not genuinely featuring Trimble technology in use. Following the internal review, Trimble employees will vote to identify the top 32 entries, which will advance to a public bracket-style vote on Instagram Stories beginning the week of August 24, 2026. Winners will be determined based on the outcome of the bracket voting. Trimble’s selection and determinations are final and binding in all respects.
Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be notified by email following the conclusion of the public voting period and must respond within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to respond within that timeframe will be deemed a declination of the award, and an alternate winner may be selected in Trimble’s sole discretion.
Photo Rights and Release. By submitting a photo, each entrant grants to Trimble an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise disseminate submitted content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose, including without limitation promotion of the Competition, social media content, marketing and advertising materials, future marketing collateral, event materials including Trimble Dimensions, and case studies. Each entrant acknowledges that submitted photographs may be retained by Trimble beyond the conclusion of the Competition for use in accordance with this license. Each entrant represents and warrants that: (a) the submitted content is their own original work or they have all rights necessary to submit it and grant the rights described herein; (b) where the submitted content is owned by the entrant’s company, the entrant has obtained all necessary authorizations from their company to submit the content and to grant the rights described herein on the company’s behalf; (c) their company permits their provision of the content to Trimble; (d) the submitted content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; (e) any identifiable individual depicted in the submitted content, other than the entrant, has provided their prior consent to be photographed and to have their image, name, and likeness used by Trimble for commercial and promotional purposes, and the entrant has obtained and retains all such consents and will provide them to Trimble upon request; and (f) the submitted content does not include personally identifiable information about any other individual beyond what is covered by the consents described in clause (e) above. Each entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trimble and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Competition or Trimble’s use of submitted content, including without limitation any claims arising from the depiction of identifiable individuals in submitted photographs.
Data Privacy. Trimble will process the information provided on this form, including name, contact details, Instagram handle, project description, and submitted photographs, to administer this Competition (including verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting winners, coordinating delivery of awards, and publicly displaying and tagging finalist entries on Instagram). Project descriptions submitted with an entry may be used to identify potential customer story opportunities. Submitted photographs may be retained and used for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with the Photo Rights and Release section above, which may include retention beyond the conclusion of the Competition. Personal data collected in connection with the Competition will otherwise be processed and retained in accordance with Trimble’s Privacy Notice. Participants located outside the United States should be aware that their personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Trimble’s privacy practices, including applicable privacy rights, are described in the Privacy Notice .
General Terms. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions regarding this Competition should be directed to Trimble, not to Instagram or Meta. This Competition is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If any provision of this disclaimer is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. Trimble reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Competition at any time. Additional terms may apply.
